If it seems like I cheated you guys, this is NOT easy to think off! It's one thing to make the Universal counterparts but to make them and put them in the right universe is hard! I left some clues so the confusion would be lessened some. It's hard to image Rook being a convict or bully but trust me, ANYONE can under the right circumstances.

And about the hair thing, I at first glance though Rook's black markings were paint and that he was bald. Until I saw him as a kid, he clearly had hair. I still think he's got paint on but the three lines on his head and the middle of his chin is hair. I saw some fan art that had Rook with long hair and it looked really good, both Ko and Roo have long hair and they are styled differently to distinguish them both.
